About Art
This is an intricate work that is the true hallmark of a skilled artist like Rajnish Nimbark. Pichwai paintings are a style of art that started more than 400 years ago in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, India. People made these paintings in the town near Udaipur. They're called "shadow paintings" because they often depict Lord Krishna in different poses and moods. During the Mughal Empire, when idol worship was not allowed, people painted these images on cloth to worship them. These paintings have become famous over time and are considered an important form of art in India. Today, Pichwai paintings are admired for their intricate designs, vibrant colors, and spiritual themes.

Product Description
This painting features "Shrinathji's darshan Darbar". Shrinathji, also known as Shri Nathji, is a deity worshipped primarily in the Pushti Marg. The deity is a form of Lord Krishna as a seven-year-old child and is particularly revered in the town of Nathdwara in Rajasthan, India. "Darshan" refers to the act of beholding or seeing a deity, often as part of a religious ritual or pilgrimage. "Darbar" typically refers to a court or gathering where a ruler or important personage receives visitors and attendees. In the context of Shrinathji, "Darshan Darbar" refers to the grand occasion when the deity is presented for devotees to have a sacred glimpse of the deity and to receive blessings. Devotees gather at the temple, and the deity is brought out for a short period during specific times of the day.
