Bumble Bee in Kachni Style

Bumble Bee in Kachni Style

Madhubani painting is one of the many famous Indian art forms.  It is practiced in the Mithila region of Bihar and Nepal.  Madhubani paintings are often based on religious themes like the paintings of Gods like Lord Krishna and scenes from the Ramayana era. It is often painted with natural bright colors which are often made using a paste of cow dung and mud to provide it with a better texture.

In this workshop we are going to make bumble bee motif in Kachni style of Madhubani painting.
